This page explains what information we collect through siete8consulting.net, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. "We" means Siete8 Consulting Inc., Riviera Beach, Florida.
What we collect
- What you type into our contact form: name, email, phone, project type and your message.
- What you send us directly by phone, text or email.
- Basic visit data that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
We do not ask for sensitive information through the website, and the site is not meant for children under 13.
How we use it
- To answer your question, quote your project and do the work.
- To send you a confirmation that we got your message.
- To keep the site running and to block spam and abuse.
- To keep business records the law requires.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Services that handle data for us
We use a few outside services to run the site. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from attacks and gives us basic visit counts.
- Formspree receives contact form messages and forwards them to us.
- EmailJS sends the confirmation email after you use the form.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs serve the fonts and icons, so your browser connects to them when a page loads.
If we bring in a subcontractor or supplier on your project, we share only what they need for that job.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to tell real visitors from bots. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep project and customer records for up to five years after the work ends, or longer if the law requires it. Form messages that never turn into a project are deleted when we no longer need them.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards, including multi-factor sign-in on our business accounts. No system is perfect, so please don't send passwords or payment card numbers through the form.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will answer within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Links to other sites
Our site links to manufacturers, associations and other sites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
